CAN I ASK YOU A FAVOR?

Before I say anything, this is simply a request. From one individual to another. From the very real human behind this business and on behalf of all of the other individuals who are working with you on your event.

Can you please let us know if you aren’t planning on working with us after we have sent you an estimate or proposal? Doesn’t have to be more than “We’ve decided to go in a different direction.” No emoji necessary even.

Unlike some of the larger business that you may encounter in the world that are run by hundreds of people with no real personal investment, a lot of us are just out here on our own. We put a lot of thought into the proposals we send you. We hold dates for you and it would be nice if you could take a quick second to close the conversation.

Our feelings won’t be hurt if you don’t choose us. We won’t be mad. But we would appreciate the courtesy of communication very much.

That’s it. That’s the favor.
